    • 2 lb. chicken parts
    • 1/4c. butter
    • 1 (10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/3c. sherry
    • dash of pepper
    • 10 small white onions


    Instructions


    1. Brown chicken in butter in large skillet. Stir in soup, sherry, and pepper; add onions.
    2. Cover; simmer 45 mins. or until chicken is tender; stir often.
    3. Servings: 4 to 6
