    List of Ingredients


    • 1T. vegetable oil
    • 1/4 cup each finely chopped: onion, green pepper, and celery
    • 1 pound skinless whole chicken breasts or thighs
    • 1 pkg. McCormick Mushroom Gravy Mix
    • 1 (12oz.) can evaporated milk


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil over medium high heat. Add onion, green pepper, and celery. Saute 2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender.
    2. Add chicken and cook 6 to 7 minutes per side or until browned.
    3. Combine mushroom gravy and milk. Stir into chicken mixture. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
