    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (10 3/4oz) can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/3c. water
    • 2t. dried oregano leaves, crushed
    • 2c. baby carrots
    • 4 med. potatoes, cut into quarters
    • 4 bone-in chicken breast halves
    • 1/2t. paprika


    Instructions


    1. Mix soup, water, 1t. oregano, carrots and potatoes in shallow roasting pan.
    2. Top with chicken. Season with remaining oregano and paprika.
    3. Bake at 400 for 50 mins. or until done. Stir vegetables.
    4. Serves: 4
