    1 large can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 1/2 sticks oleo or butter
    2 cups raw rice
    4-6 pork chops
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 bell peppers, cored and chopped
    2 medium to large jalapenos peppers, finely chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste

    This is delicious and can be made with any leftover grilled meats from a backyard barbecue (no sauced meats), such as steak, chops, ribs or chicken. Also can substitute broiled or baked meat leftovers. Cut all meats into bite size pieces.

    Brown pork chops in medium Magnolite pot. Remove from pot onto plate. Debone and cut into bite size pieces. Set aside. Melt oleo in Magnolite pot . Saut/ onions, bell peppers and mushrooms. Add finely diced jalapenos, chicken broth and rice. Season to taste and add pork chop pieces (and any drippings in plate). Stir well once, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover pot. Cook approximately 20 minutes or until rice is done. Stir loosely and serve.
