    Beef Tenderloin w/ Horseradish Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • Horseradish Sauce :
    • 3/4c. whipping cream
    • 4T. prepared horseradish
    • 2T. fresh lemon juice
    • 1/2t. salt
    • 1(3 lb. ) beef tenderloin roast
    • salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. To make the Horseradish Sauce, whip the cream until stiff. Stir in the horseradish, lemon juice and salt.
    2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    3. Thoroughly coat the beef with salt and pepper. Rotate the beef tenderloin on the spit rods for 30-40 mins.
    4. Remove roast and slice into 1/2 inch thick slices and serve with Horseradish Sauce.
