• 1 (12oz) can beer
  
• 1 large onion, sliced
  
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
  
• 2T. sugar
  
• 1t. dried sage
  
• 1/2t. salt
  
• 1/4t. freshly ground pepper
  






Instructions



1. Combine all ingredients and use to marinade steaks, pork or chicken.
