List of Ingredients



• 2T. vegetable oil
  
• 2T. fresh lime juice
  
• 1 small onion, chopped
  
• 1 1/2 T. minced fresh ginger
  
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
  
• 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
  
• 2T. minced fresh parsley
  
• 1T. dried thyme
  
• 1/2t. dry mustard
  






Instructions



1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and mix well, to form a paste.
   
2. Use as a rub for roasted chicken pieces.
