    Ginger-Garlic Dipping Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (2 inch) pieces of peeled fresh ginger
    • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
    • 1/2c. soy sauce
    • 1/2t. hot sauce
    • 1t. honey
    • 1t. vinegar
    • 2T. chopped cilantro leaves


    Instructions


    1. Combine the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, hot sauce, honey and vinegar in a blender or food processor.
    2. Puree and then stir in the cilantro.
    3. Serve as a dipping sauce for chicken wings or shrimp.
