Marinated Pork In Citrus Horseradish Sau

List of Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2c. soy sauce
- 1/4c. cider vinegar
- 2T. vegetable oil
- 1T. brown sugar
- 1t. curry powder
- 1t. oregano
- 1/2t. freshly ground pepper
- 3 1/2 lb. boneless pork roast, trimmed and tied
- Citrus Horseradish Sauce (listed in this catagory)
Instructions
- Combine the onion, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, brown sugar, curry powder, oregano and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the pork roast. Cover and marinate 12-24 hours, turning occasionally.
- Remove the pork from the marinade and rotate the pork roast on the spit rods for 1 hr 15 mins. to 1 hr. 30 mins.
- Remove roast, untie and slice into 1/2 inch thick slices. Serve with Citrus Horseradish Sauce.
