    Marinated Pork In Citrus Horseradish Sau

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large onion, chopped
    • 6 garlic cloves, crushed
    • 1/2c. soy sauce
    • 1/4c. cider vinegar
    • 2T. vegetable oil
    • 1T. brown sugar
    • 1t. curry powder
    • 1t. oregano
    • 1/2t. freshly ground pepper
    • 3 1/2 lb. boneless pork roast, trimmed and tied
    • Citrus Horseradish Sauce (listed in this catagory)


    Instructions


    1. Combine the onion, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, brown sugar, curry powder, oregano and pepper in a large bowl.
    2. Add the pork roast. Cover and marinate 12-24 hours, turning occasionally.
    3. Remove the pork from the marinade and rotate the pork roast on the spit rods for 1 hr 15 mins. to 1 hr. 30 mins.
    4. Remove roast, untie and slice into 1/2 inch thick slices. Serve with Citrus Horseradish Sauce.
