    • 2T. soy sauce
    • 2T. orange juice concentrate
    • 1T. lemon juice
    • 1T. ketchup
    • 1 clove garlic, minced


    Instructions


    1. Stir together all the ingredients and use to marinate chicken or fish fillets.
