    • 1c. dry red wine
    • 1/4c. chopped onion
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1t. minced fresh parsley
    • 1t. fresh thyme
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 1/2t. salt
    • 1/4t. black pepper


    Instructions
