Rotisserie Grilled Garlic Rolls

- 12T. (1 1/2 stick) butter, room temp.
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3T. parsley
- 6 rolls
Instructions
- Put butter, garlic, parsley in a bowl and stir to mix. Using a serrated knife make 3 slashes in each roll.
- Using a spatula, spread some garlic butter into each slash reserving 3T. for basting.
- Skewer the rolls lengthwise on the rotisserie grill.
- Grill rolls until crusty and golden brown, 10-15 minutes brushing outsides with remaining garlic butter.
- Serve at once.
