List of Ingredients
- 1T. vegetable oil
- 2T. prepared Thai red curry paste
- 1(14 oz) can unsweetened coconut milk
- 2T. fish sauce
- 1T. brown sugar
- 1/2t. salt
- 2T. minced fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Heat oil in a medium saucepan. Add curry paste and stir and mash into the oil over med.-low heat to warm the paste.
- Add the coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Stir in the fish sauce, sugar, and salt.
- Taste for seasoning and stir in the cilantro just before pouring over rotated chicken, beef or pork.
