List of Ingredients



• 6 med. Idaho potatoes
  
• 3 boiled eggs
  
• 2T. mustard
  
• 1/2c. mayonnaise
  
• pickle relish to taste
  
• 1 med. onion
  
• celery to taste
  






Instructions



1. Boil potatoes in the jacket until soft. Boil eggs. Chop celery and onions very fine.
   
2. Cut eggs up very fine; add celery and onions. Add mustard and mayonnaise; add relish to taste.
   
3. Mix mixture with cut up potatoes.
