Baked Cheese Toastwiches

List of Ingredients



• 4 slices bread
  
• 1 beaten egg
  
• 2T. milk
  
• 1/4t. salt
  
• 2 dashes Paprika
  
• 4 slices American cheese
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 400. Grease pan. Toast bread on one side only.
   
2. Combine egg, milk, salt and paprika. Mix well. Pour into pan.
   
3. Dip bread in mixture quickly. Place 2 slices bread toasted side down in pan and cover with 1 slice cheese.
   
4. Place other 2 slices toasted side up on top. Cover with 2 slices cheese. Bake 10-12 mins.
