    2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
    2 Tbsp. (30mL) olive oil
    1 lb (454g) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    4 Tbsp. (60mL) shredded, reduced sodium mozzarella cheese
    4 lettuce leaves
    4 diagonal slices Italian bread
    4 slices tomato

    Recipe




    1. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium high heat.

    2. Add chicken breast and sprinkle with half of Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic.

    3. Cook over medium high heat for 4 minutes.

    4. Turn over and sprinkle with remaining Mrs. Dash® Tomato Basil Garlic.

    5. Reduce heat and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and juices are clear when pierced.

    6. Sprinkle chicken with cheese, cover pan and let stand for 2 minutes to melt cheese.

    7. Place lettuce leaf and tomato on bread slice.

    8. Top with chicken.

    9. Serve immediately.
