- 1/2C. CHOPPED BELL PEPPER
- 1/3C. CHOPPED ONION
- 1/2C. BBQ SAUCE
- 1 (8 OZ) CAN TOMATO SAUCE
- 1 LB. HOT DOGS, CUT INTO 1/4 INCH SLICES
- 8 HOTDOG BUNS
Instructions
- HEAT OIL IN SKILLET.
- COOK BELL PEPPER AND ONION UNTIL TENDER.
- STIR IN BBQ SAUCE, TOMATO SAUCE AND HOT DOGS.
- SIMMER 10 MINS.
- FILL BUNS WITH MIXTURE.
- CAN ALSO BE COOKED IN SLOW COOKER.
