    7-Up Basting Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 c. melted butter
    • 1c. 7-Up
    • 2T. lemon juice
    • 1/2 t. salt
    • Dash of cayenne pepper


    Instructions


    1. Blend ingredients in a saucepan and heat just until simmering.
    2. Remove from heat.
    3. Baste poultry or fish every 15 minutes during broiling, or baking period.
    4. Makes 1 1/2 cups of sauce.
