    List of Ingredients


    • 1 qt. tomato sauce
    • 1c. vinegar
    • 1 lb. brown sugar
    • 1t. dry mustard
    • 1t. chili powder
    • 2t. paprika
    • 1t. red pepper
    • 1 to 2t. liquid smoke (to taste)
    • 2 (13 oz) bottles ketchup
    • 3t. cinnamon
    • 3t. salt
    • 1t. allspice
    • 1t. mace
    • 1t. celery salt
    • 3t. garlic juice
    • 2T. Worcestershire sauce


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for several hours until desired thickness is reached.
    2. Makes: about 1 gallon
