    Bacon and Garlic Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 to 8 thin slices sugar-cured bacon
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 1t. pepper
    • 2T. Parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. To a heated, medium size saute pan, add bacon and garlic.
    2. Cook until bacon is crisp and add pepper. Remove from heat, pour over your pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
    3. Toss to coat the noodles and serve.
