    Bar-B-Que Sauce for Smoked Meats

    This sauce is not to be used for basting.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 2T. oil
    • 2(5oz) bottles Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 regular size bottles ketchup
    • 1 lemon, sliced
    • 2 pods garlic, halved
    • 1 bay leaf


    Instructions


    1. Saute onions in oil until soft. Simmer all remaining ingredients with onions.
    2. Serve with smoked meats.
