    • 1 envelope Hollandaise sauce mix
    • 1/4c. mayo
    • 1/4c. sour cream
    • 1t. dry white wine
    • 1t. dried tarragon
    • 1t. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1t. salt


    Instructions


    1. In a saucepan, prepare Hollandaise sauce according to pkg. directions.
    2. Mix in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.
    3. Serve at room temp.
