    Celery-Caper Sauce for Cold Meat

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (10 1/2oz) can condensed cream of celery soup
    • 1/4c. mayonnaise
    • 1T. capers


    Instructions


    1. Place unopened can of soup in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours.
    2. Blend soup and mayonnaise; stir in capers. Serve with cold cooked salmon, sliced beef or ham.
    3. Makes: 1 1/2 cups sauce.
