Cocktail Sauce for Seafood

List of Ingredients
- 1/2c. chili sauce
- 1/3c. ketchup
- 1/3c. prepared horseradish
- 1 1/2t. Worcestershire
- 1/4t. salt
- 2T. lemon juice
- dash black pepper
- 1/4c. very finely diced celery
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in the order given. Place in a clean glass container, cover and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- This sauce is good for oysters or cherrystone clams on the half shell, or for crabmeat or shrimp cocktail.
- If a milder sauce is desired, substitute 1/4c. pureed canned tomatoes for half of the chili sauce.
- Makes: 1 1/2 cups sauce.
