    Instructions


    1. Mix 1/2c. mayonnaise, 1/4c. chopped tomato, 1T. tomato paste and 1 1/2t. chopped fresh or 1/2t. dried oregano leaves.
    2. Cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve with chicken or fish.
    3. Makes: about 2/3c. sauce
