    2. FOLD IN MAYONNAISE AND MUSTARD.
    3. SPOON ATOP VEGETABLES SUCH AS ASPARAGUS SPEARS, BEANS, OR CARROTS.
    4. SPRINKLE WITH FRESH CHIVES.
