    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4c. evaporated milk
    • 1c. finely grated process American cheese


    Instructions


    1. Heat milk in a saucepan until steaming hot. Do not boil.
    2. Add cheese; stir until cheese starts to melt. Remove from heat.
    3. Stir until all cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
    4. Serve hot on macaroni, hot dogs, or sandwiches.
