- 3/4c. evaporated milk
- 1c. finely grated process American cheese
Instructions
- Heat milk in a saucepan until steaming hot. Do not boil.
- Add cheese; stir until cheese starts to melt. Remove from heat.
- Stir until all cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Serve hot on macaroni, hot dogs, or sandwiches.
