    • 1/2c. butter
    • 2 1/4c. confectioners sugar
    • 2/3c. evaporated milk
    • 6 oz. bitter chocolate


    Instructions


    1. Mix butter and sugar in top of double broiler; add milk and chocolate and cook over hot water for 30 mins.
    2. Do not boil. Remove from heat and beat.
    3. You may store in refrigerator and reheat as needed.
