Garlic-Lemon Sauce

- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/4c. lemon juice
- 2T. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4t. salt
- 1/4c. olive oil
Instructions
- Place garlic cloves, lemon juice, parsley and salt in food processor or blender.
- Process or blend until smooth. With motor running, slowly add olive oil. Process or blend until slightly thickened.
- Serve over chicken or fish.
- Makes: about 1/2c. sauce
