List of Ingredients
- 4c. thinly sliced Spanish onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/2c. A1 steak sauce
- 1/3c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2c. beef broth
Instructions
- In heavy skillet, over med.-high heat, heat onions, steak sauce, brown sugar and beef broth to a boil.
- Reduce heat, simmer for 25-30 mins. stirring occasionally or until onions are glazed and syrupy.
- Serve hot or at room temp. with cooked beef, burgers, poultry or pork.
- Makes: 2 cups
