6 Tbsp. (90mL) cider vinegar

3 Tbsp. (45mL) cornstarch
1/2 tsp (2.5mL) ground ginger
Recipe
1. Combine all ingredients in 1-quart (960mL) saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil; stir constantly until thickened, about 10 minutes.
3. Cool slightly before serving.
