    List of Ingredients


    • 6 red habanero peppers, cored and seeded
    • 2c. chopped onions
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 4 allspice berries, crushed
    • 1/2t. ground cumin
    • 1T. tomato paste
    • 2c. garlic cider vinegar


    Instructions


    1. In food processor, combine peppers, onion, garlic, allspice, cumin and process until fine.
    2. In nonreactive saucepan, combine pepper mixture with tomato paste and vinegar.
    3. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
    4. Cool, bottle, and refrigerate.
