    List of Ingredients


    • 2(4 oz) bars semi sweet chocolate
    • 3T. cream
    • 1 to 4 T. water


    Instructions


    1. Melt chocolate bars over boiling water. Stir in cream, a tablespoon at a time.
    2. Stir until smooth and glossy. Remove from heat.
    3. Thin to desired consistency with 1 to 4 tablespoons water.
    4. Makes: 1 1/2 cups
