• 1 1/2c. mayonnaise
  
• 3T. capers, drained and chopped
  
• 4T. dill pickle, drained and chopped
  
• 2 1/2 T. fresh lime juice
  
• 2T. chopped jalapeno peppers
  
• 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
  
• 1/2t. fresh parsley, chopped
  
• Salt, to taste.
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients in a large nonreactive bowl.
   
2. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1 hour to let the flavor develop.
