- 1 1/4C. BEEF BOUILLION
- 1/4LB. MINCED MUSHROOMS
- 1/4C. CHOPPED SHALLOTS OR SCALLIONS
- 1/4C. RED WINE
Instructions
- MELT BUTTER. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND WHISK IN FLOUR A LITTLE AT A TIME UNTIL SMOOTH.
- RETURN TO LOW HEAT STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
- COOK UNTIL THICK. ABOUT 5 MINS.
- POUR IN MUSHROOMS, SHALLOTS, AND WINE.
- COMBINE. HEAT AND ADD PEPPER TASTE.
