    • 3T. BUTTER
    • 3T. FLOUR
    • 1 1/4C. BEEF BOUILLION
    • 1/4LB. MINCED MUSHROOMS
    • 1/4C. CHOPPED SHALLOTS OR SCALLIONS
    • 1/4C. RED WINE


    Instructions


    1. MELT BUTTER. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND WHISK IN FLOUR A LITTLE AT A TIME UNTIL SMOOTH.
    2. RETURN TO LOW HEAT STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
    3. COOK UNTIL THICK. ABOUT 5 MINS.
    4. POUR IN MUSHROOMS, SHALLOTS, AND WINE.
    5. COMBINE. HEAT AND ADD PEPPER TASTE.
