    List of Ingredients


    • 4c. onion wedges
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2T. butter
    • 1/2c. A1 steak sauce
    • 2T. red cooking wine


    Instructions


    1. In large skillet, over medium high heat, cook and stir onions and garlic in butter until tender, about 10 minutes.
    2. Stir in steak sauce and wine; heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Serve hot with cooked beef or poultry.
    3. Makes: 2 1/2 cups
