List of Ingredients
- 4c. onion wedges
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2T. butter
- 1/2c. A1 steak sauce
- 2T. red cooking wine
Instructions
- In large skillet, over medium high heat, cook and stir onions and garlic in butter until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in steak sauce and wine; heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Serve hot with cooked beef or poultry.
- Makes: 2 1/2 cups
