List of Ingredients



• 1 1/2 lb. pork steak
  
• 1T. oil
  
• 1/2t. salt
  
• 1/2t. oregano
  
• 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  
• 1/8t. red pepper flakes
  
• 1 onion, diced
  
• 1 (16 oz) can tomato sauce
  
• 1/2c. dry red wine
  






Instructions



1. Cut pork steaks into strips about 1/2 inch thick and 2 inches long.
   
2. In large skillet brown meat on all sides. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl; mix well and pour over meat in crockpot.
   
3. Cover, turn on low, cook 6-8 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over cooked pasta.
