• 1/4c. dry red wine
  
• 1/4c. butter
  






Instructions



1. Transfer pan grilled steaks to a serving dish, keep warm.
   
2. Add wine to skillet, stir to loosen browned bits. Cook wine, stirring often, over med. high heat until reduced to 1T.
   
3. Stir in butter, drizzle over steaks.
