    1 1/2 c KETCHUP
    1/2 c BROWN SUGAR
    1/4 c WINE VINEGAR
    1 ts DRY MUSTARD
    1 ts RED PEPPER FLAKES
    1 ts BASIL
    2 ts DIJON MUSTARD
    8 ea DASHES WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    1/2 ts GROUND CUMIN
    1 ea CLOVE GARLIC

    IN A LARGE SAUCE PAN, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND BRING TO A BOIL.
    REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES, COVERED.
