    Spicy Spaghetti Sauce with Pepperoni

    List of Ingredients


    • 1c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    • 1c. chopped onions
    • 1c. pitted ripe olives, sliced
    • 1/2c. chopped fresh parsley
    • 1c. water
    • 2 cans (14 1/2oz each) stewed tomatoes
    • 6oz can tomato paste
    • 2t. basil
    • 1/2t. oregano
    • 1/4t. pepper
    • 1T. dijon mustard
    • 1t. garlic
    • 3oz. sliced pepperoni


    Instructions


    1. In a saucepan combine all ingredients except pepperoni.
    2. Cook over med. heat, stirring occasionally until sauce is thickened.
    3. Stir in pepperoni and cook until heated through.
    4. Serve over spaghetti
