- 2T. butter
- 2T. flour
- 1 1/4c. milk
- 1/2c. sharp American cheese, shredded
- 2 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Melt butter, blend in flour. Add milk all at once.
- Cook, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles.
- Remove from heat; stir in cheeses till melted.
- Makes 1 1/2 cups.
