    • 1 cup ketchup
    • 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
    • 1T. peanut oil
    • 2t. chili powder
    • 1t. celery salt


    Instructions


    1. In a heavy saucepan, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar and garlic.
    2. Bring to a boil. Stir in peanut oil. Simmer for 15 minutes.
    3. Remove from heat. Let cook slightly. Add chili powder and celery salt; stir to blend thoroughly.
    4. Let stand for a few minutes to allow flavors to blend. Brush on meats towards the end of grilling.
