Barbecued Black-Eyed Peas

- 2c. (16 oz) black-eyed peas
- 2c. tomato puree
- 1 1/2T. dry onion flakes
- 1/2t. paprika
- 1/2t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1t. dry mustard
- dash of garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- sweetener to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 1 1/2 qt. baking dish.
- Combine all and place into prepared dish. Bake, uncovered for 1 hr.
