- 2 lb. small onions
- 1/2c. melted butter
- 6T. sugar
- paprika
Instructions
- Cook onions in a large amount of boiling, salted water for about 40 mins or until tender, then drain.
- Heat butter in a skillet. Add onions and sprinkle with sugar. Cook over low heat for 10 mins. or till onions are glazed, stirring frequently.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Makes: 6 servings.
