Ham & Cheesey Potatoes

- 4T. flour
- 2T. cornstarch
- 2t. lemon pepper
- 1t. onion powder
- 2c. milk
- 3 cubes chicken bouillon
- 1 1/2c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 3c. julienned potatoes
- 1c. cubed cooked ham
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Coat pan with spray. In saucepan over medium heat toast flour until golden.
- Stir in cornstarch, lemon pepper and onion powder.
- Gradually whisk in milk then chicken bouillon. Cook stirring until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese until smooth. Layer potatoes and ham in prepared baking dish.
- Pour sauce evenly over this. Bake for 1 hour. Let set 5 mins. before serving.
