List of Ingredients
- 1(7oz) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1(16oz) Can pinto, ranch, or red beans (your choice) undrained
- 1(16oz) can stewed tomatoes (Italian or Mexican style)
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2T. Parmesan cheese
- 1 red pepper, diced
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9 inch square glass baking dish with a non fat cooking spray.
- Combine macaroni, 1 1/2c. Cheddar cheese, beans, tomatoes, and peppers; mix well.
- Spoon into prepared dish. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
