    List of Ingredients


    • 1(7oz) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
    • 2c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    • 1(16oz) Can pinto, ranch, or red beans (your choice) undrained
    • 1(16oz) can stewed tomatoes (Italian or Mexican style)
    • 1 green pepper, diced
    • 2T. Parmesan cheese
    • 1 red pepper, diced


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9 inch square glass baking dish with a non fat cooking spray.
    2. Combine macaroni, 1 1/2c. Cheddar cheese, beans, tomatoes, and peppers; mix well.
    3. Spoon into prepared dish. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    4. Bake 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
