Sweet Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 3 large sweet potatoes
- 1c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2c. (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1t. vanilla
- Crunch Topping:
- 1/3c. melted butter
- 1/3c. flour
- 1c. brown sugar
- 1c. chopped pecans
- 1T. cinnamon
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender. Remove skins when cooled. Put into a large bowl and whip until fluffy.
- Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased casserole and top with Crunch Topping.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
