4 lb. skinless chicken legs
salt and pepper
1/2 cup flour and shaker bag
1 bottle hot and spicy bbq sauce (brand is your choice)
1 small can of mandarin oranges (crushed and include juice)
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 green pepper, cut into small strips
1 red pepper, cut into small strips
1 small onion, cut into small strips
Recipe
Start by washing chicken legs, salt and pepper lightly and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine bbq sauce, butter, and oranges and stir until well blended. Next, add flour in shaker bag, and lightly shake chicken until coated, then dip chicken in sauce and place on sprayed or oiled baking sheet. Now, place cut vegetables atop chicken, cover with aluminum foil, and place in preheated 450 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Enjoy!
