- 2 LB. STEW MEAT
- 2T. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 2T. MOLASSES
- 1C. KETCHUP
- 2T. VINEGAR
- 1T. PAPRIKA
- 1/2C. WATER
- 1 LARGE ONION
- 1 BELL PEPPER
- 1 CAN SLICED MUSHROOMS
Instructions
- FLOUR AND BROWN STEW BEEF.
- IN A FLAT GLASS CASSEROLE, PUT BROWNED STEW BEEF.
- SLICE 1 LARGE ONION ON TOP OF STEW.
- SLICE 1 BELL PEPPER ON TOP.
- ADD ON TOP, 1 LARGE CAN SLICED, DRAINED MUSHROOMS.
- MIX WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, MOLASSES, KETCHUP, VINEGAR AND WATER AND POUR MIXTURE EVENLY OVER THE TOP.
- COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE AT 300 DEGREES FOR 3 HOURS.
- SERVES 6.
