    List of Ingredients


    • 3 carrots, sliced
    • 2 med. onions, chopped
    • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    • 2T. butter
    • 1-28oz. can baked beans in brown sugar
    • 1-12 oz. vegetable juice
    • 6 frankfurters, cut into 1 inch slices
    • 1t. worcestershire sauce
    • shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Cook carrots, onions, and garlic in butter, stirring frequently until carrots are tender.
    2. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.
    3. Heat over med. heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
    4. sprinkle with cheese.
